Head of People and Culture - she/her Rosie

As Head of People and Culture, Rosie provides strategic and operational leadership to the team responsible for the day-to-day delivery of HR services and facilities management, as well as safe working, wellbeing and safeguarding at YoungMinds. Before joining the team, she worked as an HR generalist across the public and private sectors.

Rosie's advice to her younger self? Trust yourself – don’t hang on for others to validate what you think or feel.
