Youth Panelist - they/them Ruth

Ruth is incredibly passionate about ensuring young people's voices are heard, and that every young person who needs to can access timely and appropriate support. They joined the Youth Panel because they are excited to work around mental health on a national level.

Ruth's advice to other young people? As bad as things get and as much as it might not seem like it at the time, things will always get better. Your problems are always worth voicing no matter how big or small you may think they are.
