Head of Business Development - she/her Sophia

Heading up our Business Development Team, Sophia sources and develops partnerships to grow our work. She creates new projects with colleagues across YoungMinds, and then raises the funds for them from trusts and statutory funders. Before joining us, she worked on projects that improved the water, sanitation and housing in Southern Africa.
