Thad is our Evidence and Innovation Manager, with more than thirteen years’ experience in the field of research, evaluation and policy in the non-profit sector. He leads on the design and implementation of new frameworks, systems and processes, which help us innovate and evaluate our impact. Before joining YoungMinds he worked at a range of youth charities delivering services to young people.
