Our pack of cards are useful for pointing young people towards our website, where they can access loads of practical tips and advice on looking after their mental health.
Whether a young person wants to know more about how they are feeling, or understand more about a mental health condition, our website provides young people with reassurance and advice to help them make positive choices for their mental health and know what to do next if they are struggling.
Each pack contains 100 cards. Available in two sizes: Postcard (148 x 105mm) and Business card (88 x 55mm).
