5K swim - Brighton The Friday Dippers

A group of 60 mums from Brighton took part in a 5k sponsored swim for YoungMinds. They said: "We chose YoungMinds because as mothers we were becoming increasingly aware of the pandemic toll on our young people and we wanted to support a charity that was working to provide help and assistance immediately to young people and their families."
